Well, we've had a crazy week to say the least. Our sweet little angel decided she wanted to come on Tuesday. I started having contractions around 4. By the time I got home from work and got all of our stuff ready to go it was 6:30 and the contractions were coming on pretty good. I got to the hospital a little after 7 and contractions were 2 min apart and I was dialated to a 9. They broke my water (which was a "gushing" experience to say the least.). Everything was going so fast and then the news came. They wanted to check me before they let me start to push and found out that my little stinker was breech. We had lots of people rush in. They gave me a shot to stop the contractions and got me ready to head off to have a c-section. Of course I was a mushy mess and cried dramatically. The strolled me down the hall around 8:15ish and by 8:29 my little girl was out and they were sewing me back together. I honestly was shocked when they said that she was a girl. I'm just so grateful that she is here and safe. Nothing else really matters in the end. I just have a good scar to show for it.
We named her Macey Rae. She weighed 6 lbs 9 oz and was 19 inches long. She doesn't look much like Joselyn did. She has about half as much hair and it's a lot lighter than Joselyn's was. Joselyn had rolls all over and Macey is a skinny little thing. (Her cheeks are getting a little chubber though.)

Joselyn was excited to see her new little sister. For the first 5 minutes she played with her and then she didn't want much to do with her.

Daddy and Joselyn gave Macey a bath and Joselyn thought it was so fun. She's going to be a big helper to her mom and dad.

I feel better every day. It's a good thing that I have the best husband in the world to help me. I don't know what I would do without Kevin. He's the best.

I can't promise that I'll be good at posting pictures the next couple of months. I don't have the internet at my house. Maybe I can get my sweet little sis to help me out.

I'm so happy that you had her!! What a cute girl. It's so much better when they are out of your tummy! You are going to love having 2 girls. I love it. They are the best of friends (right now anyway). Husbands are the best aren't they? Try to post at least a few pictures now and then. She is just precious.

CONGRATULATION!! Both of my boys were breach, and they have no idea why. Sounds like there are a few of us with matching scars, it's crazy to hear how many people are having c-sections lately. I'm glad everything went well. She's adorable!

How adorable is she? That is such a crazy experience you went through! Sheesh! What we mom's do to bring these babies into the world! I am so glad things went well. Reagan was breech and I was so worried about having a C-section. She ended up turning herself a few days before we had her. Man that hurt! I am glad you are feeling better. Take it easy sista!
Tell Joselyn we think she looks like a super sister!
Love you guys!

I am so glad that you are all doing well. She is so cute. Don't worry about the scar. They aren't as bad as you think. I am so glad that things turned out good. I wish I could be there to see her. Maybe when we are there for fathers day I will stop by and see you guys.
