I finally found a place to get green chilis this weekend. I just about waited too long. The darn guy didn't roast my chili's long enough so I couldn't peel the skins off. So I put them in my oven and let them sit over night and they were good to go. Thankfully Kevin helped me peel them. Our hands hurt so bad afterwards. They were burning. Hopefully that's a good sign that they will taste good. They better. What an ordeal.

Joselyn's hair looked so cute in the morning but she pulled all of it out and said she wanted it down. Crazy girl! She sure loves her cousins. (Don't you love Hadlee's little smile. Cute girl!)
