Macey sat on the couch at the cabin for awhile like this. She was just content.

We've been working on the rock for the fireplace. It's takes a long time and is a pain. Last weekend we put the mantel on. It's going to look so nice when it finally gets done. It seems like all of the finish work is taking longer than to actually build the cabin itself. We haven't worked on it as much this summer as we have the ones before so maybe that's why.

Kevin volunteered to climb in and bolt the mantel on. I didn't get to see him get in or out. Tricky kid. I'm sure I couldn't fit my fat butt in there.
