PiCtUrE oVeRlOaD!!!
We've had a busy month so far. The girls are going to a new babysitter now. We were so sad to not get to go to Janette's house anymore but I guess since she has a brand new baby we understand. Joselyn's been staying at her house since she was a little tike. We love Janette and are so grateful that she's taken such great care of our angels. (This Janette isn't Kevin's sister Janette. Whew...just about had some of you shocked thinking..."I didn't know Janette had a baby. Isn't she still running her buns off at Adams State?" and yes she is.) The girls are now staying with my Aunt Karen on Mondays and Deborah Reynolds on Tuesdays-Thursdays. They seem like they really like it there and are having lots of fun so I guess we'll live. :)
This past weekend my little brother got married. I was packing and getting things ready when I went into Joselyn's room to find this:
We left to Denver at 5 a.m. We went with Jerree through her endowment session. It's always so nice to be in the temple with all of your family. I thought it was a really good session. Afterwards we ate at Nono's Cafe. It was pretty darn good. (I didn't have great expectations because of the name...Nono's...hum?) Joselyn has been begging to go swimming for weeks now so we went swimming back at the motel.
Can you tell that she's just a little excited?
Macey was pooped. She sat with me while a finished some last minute sewing. (Crazy, I know.)
Kevin was stalling a bit because the water was ICE cold. He tried to get Joselyn to relax a bit. That didn't last too long.
Finally Joselyn got Daddy in and she was loving life. Macey woke up not long after they got in so I got her in her suit.
She didn't like the idea so much. :)
The next day was the big day. We got all dressed up in our wedding attire and headed to the temple.
Everyone looked so good in there green and black. (Whitney...if you don't like stupid pictures to be posted, don't do these faces.)
Don't let this face fool you. She can be a little ornery at times.
I didn't take too many pictures. Actually I didn't take any so these are just from what I found on my camera. :) All of the little girls had matching dresses. They looked so cute.
My new sister! Isn't she beautiful?
After the wedding we went to a church for dinner. I made the girls matching aprons because we were serving the food to everyone. We had our knock off of Cafe Rio salads. They were super good.
I think someone has better pictures so hopefully I'll be able to post one where my boob doesn't look so funny. (Yes, you're all looking at my boob now...gross!)
Shae brought crowns for all the kids to decorate Joselyn was just a little excited about that.

Macey on the other hand was zonked. She slept through the entire dinner and then some. Sweet little girl. (Just so she could be a devil at night. Not so funny.)
After the dinner we went back to the motel for the "Princess Party!" Andy threw a slammin' birthday party for Hadlee. All the girls brought their dress up clothes and the boys had capes that Andy made. (Didn't get any pictures but they were super cute.)

What a perfect update to your blog! You guys have been busy. The aprons look great and some of these pictures of the girls just make me melt...I love them! My favorite is of Joselyn posing before she's about to get into the pool. She's like a mini-model...if that doesn't sound creepy! Anyhow what a cute family. Can't wait to see ya -- soon hopefully :)
Kristin - your little girls are beautiful!! miss u!!
Looks like tons of fun. Wish I could have been there. I love the picture of the girls kissing! What little angels!
I love when you have lots of things going on! All the kids looks so dang cute. I liked their colors. Very different! If you have pictures of the reception you should post them. The last picture is adorable!! They look like they are buddies.
Oh, your girls are so cute! Gosh, remember those times as kid that swimming was the best thing in the world??? It didn't matter the temp. Miss those.
